How much do they cost to run?
Sunbed - 3.84kw per hour. 10-minute session cost roughly only 10p -15p

(This will be dependent on your electric rate with your energy provider)

Which areas do you deliver the home hire sunbeds to?
The Walsall Borough, all WS postcodes this includes Aldridge, Brownhills, Bloxwich, Burntwood, Burton Upon Trent, Cannock, Lichfield, Rugeley, Shrewsbury, Staffordshire, Stoke, Mere Green, Little Aston, Four Oaks, Sutton Coldfield, Shenstone, Streetly, Tamworth, Telford, Walsall, Wednesbury, West Bromwich, Willenhall and Wolverhampton.

What is your delivery charge?
We provide FREE delivery and collection on all our Home Hire Sunbeds in our specified delivery areas above.

Do you supply goggles, creams etc?
Yes, eye protection is supplied FREE of charge and are delivered with your sunbed. Tanning accelerators can also be purchased before hand by speaking to one of our advisors on 07464 651246. 

 

What are TanCentre Home Hire opening hours?
Opening times are as follows: 

Monday - Friday 10:00am - 5.00pm | Saturday 10:00am - 4:00pm Closed Sundays & Bank Holidays.

 

How do I pay for my sunbed hire?
A pre-payment needs to be made before the delivery date to secure your booking, a deposit of £50 will be required when booking a hiring a home hire sunbed, the balance for the sunbed hire is required on the day of delivery. Deposits and balance payments can be made over the phone via debit or credit card, all card payments must be in the registered name and address of the person who is specified on the Sunbed Hire Rental Agreement.

Please Note: Our drivers do not carry cash for safety & security reasons, therefore if you are paying the balance in cash on delivery day please have the correct amount due. We will contact you on the day or at least 24 hours before the scheduled hire date to confirm the balance and to arrange the delivery time slot.

How long should I spend on my sunbed?
Full tanning instructions and maximum tanning times will be supplied upon delivery or via email. Each sunbed is fitted with 0.3 W/m2 compliant tubes and the tanning time is from 6-12 minutes. These times are to be reduced by half for the first 3 sessions. It also depends on your skin type. If in any doubt, please call us or ask the driver to go over this upon delivery. If you have any queries at all when tanning on our sunbeds, please contact us.

 

What time of the day will my sunbed be delivered?
Delivery & Collection take place between 9:00am to 5:00pm for most areas, we cannot issue an exact time but we will be able to offer you a more narrowed two-hour time slot once the delivery & collection runs have been planned and this is either on the day prior or on the day of the scheduled delivery.

What days of the week are your Deliveries & Collections
All deliveries and collections take place on Fridays or Saturdays between 9.00am - 5:00pm

How much space will i need for the sunbed?
Our sunbeds require approximately 1 square metre of floor space and you will need to be situated near a double socket

​

Do you hire sunbeds to treat psoriasis?
Yes, our sunbeds are ideal for this as they are all hybrid and suitable for psoriasis, call us for further information.
